Coaching is a powerful way to empower and help people have the life they want and is a fulfilling career for the coach.
Whether you already serve the public as a helping professional, minister, or coach, or if you are looking to make a career change, the path to a successful career as a Relationship Coach begins with training. And since our program teaches the ICF Core Competencies, you know our program meets the high standards needed to make you a confident, effective coach.
Once you master your coaching skills through RCI’s relationship coach training and certification program, there is no limit to where you – and your clients – can go. A strong coaching foundation is essential, so our Relationship Coach Training Program begins with a foundational relationship coach training and includes advanced courses to work with singles and couples.
Our philosophy:
RCI utilizes a “learning by doing” training approach as becoming a skilled coach requires practicing coaching skills. Expect to start obtaining and coaching clients early in your relationship coach training.
There are three distinct parts to our Relationship Coach Training and Certification program:
Our Relationship Coach Training Program provides 144 training hours* and is composed of these three parts:
- Foundations of Relationship Coaching addresses the skills necessary to become a masterful, professional relationship coach and provides you an in-depth exploration of the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
- Relationship Coaching for Singles provides the necessary education, skills, strategies and tools to help singles experience relationship fulfillment. While most singles desire a lasting primary relationship, many singles in today’s world prefer alternative lifestyles other than traditional marriage and this program prepares trainees to coach all types of singles, including never-married, divorced, widowed, and those who are single as a permanent lifestyle choice. Includes licensing of branded marketing campaigns, workshops/classes, and coaching programs such as Conscious Dating® and Radical Dating®.
- Relationship Coaching for Couples provides the necessary education, skills, strategies, and tools to help new (dating), pre-committed, pre-marital, and committed couples experience relationship fulfillment, as well as individuals who have goals and challenges regarding a particular relationship. Includes licensing of branded marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, classes and coaching programs such as Couple for Life™ and Radical Marriage®.

Tuition and Refund Policy
RCI is not a traditional coach training school. At a typical coach training school you are a “student” in their school. Once you take the class you’re done and then your done. As a result, it’s up to you to build your business.
At RCI, you aren’t a “student” – you are a “member”. We don’t sell our training separately. You want more than just complete a training, you want to be a successful relationship coach, and we are invested in your success. Click here for more information about RCI membership
Refunds are only available before you access our password protected member portal. We will spend as much time as needed to get to know you during our enrollment process to ensure that RCI is a good fit for you. If during the enrollment process you are not comfortable to continue, a full refund will be provided. Once you log in you are “given the keys to the castle” and provided immediate access to all your RCI member benefits and resources. At that point, we have a strict “no refund” policy.
Withdrawing from a course: Training is an ongoing RCI benefit, so you can take – and retake your training as you’d like with no additional cost. If you choose to withdraw from a course, you can take at a later time.
