Relationship Coaching Institute was founded sixteen years ago this month!<\/p>\n
The Story of RCI (short version!)<\/strong><\/p>\n In 1996 I was burning out as a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples on the verge of divorce who were often seeking help as a last resort.<\/p>\n I stumbled across an emerging profession called “coaching” and after some initial skepticism I fell in love with coaching, sought coaching training and immediately saw the potential for coaching to make a huge impact in the world of relationships.
